1. Description of Services
MoveQuoteUSA is operated by PRO MOVING SERVICES LLC, a licensed carrier & broker (USDOT# 3836891, MC# 1393888). We operate direct carrier services and coordinate with licensed carrier affiliates to perform transportation services.
MoveQuoteUSA is operated by PRO MOVING SERVICES LLC, a licensed carrier & broker. We provide binding estimates and direct moving services, and we may coordinate with licensed carrier affiliates to assist with scheduling, routing, or cargo transport. Any agreement or transaction you enter into with us represents a direct service relationship governed by our carrier tariffs and policies.
2. User Content and Accuracy of Information
To use our Service to receive estimates, you must provide accurate, current, and complete details regarding your move (such as origin and destination ZIP codes, moving dates, inventory size, and contact details). If you provide false or inaccurate information, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service. You agree that we are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect details submitted on our form.
3. TCPA and Communications Authorization
By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent for MoveQuoteUSA (operated by PRO MOVING SERVICES LLC) and our carrier affiliates to contact you for commercial or marketing purposes. This authorization applies to:
- Calls and text messages to the wireless or landline telephone number provided.
- Communications delivered via automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS) or artificial/prerecorded voice messages.
- Emails to the email address provided.
Consent is not required as a condition to purchase any goods or services. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You understand that your phone carrier's standard message and data rates may apply.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVEQUOTEUSA, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF:
- Your use of, or inability to use, our Service.
- The acts, omissions, performance, conduct, or services of any carrier affiliate coordinated through our Service.
- Any damage, loss, or theft of your personal property or household goods during a move, except as covered under our carrier cargo liability and insurance terms.
- Any pricing discrepancies, delays, or disputes, which will be governed by PRO MOVING SERVICES LLC's direct tariff rules.
Claims for loss, damage, or delay will be processed in accordance with federal regulations governing interstate household goods carriers.
5. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
You and MoveQuoteUSA agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Service, or communications received from us (including TCPA claims) will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND MOVEQUOTEUSA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of a class proceeding.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs all provisions relating to arbitration.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and code on the MoveQuoteUSA website are the intellectual property of MoveQuoteUSA and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our site without our prior written consent.
